Cancellation POLICY

general:

We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1-3 business days. Orders may enter our fulfilment process shortly after purchase, cancellation requests are subject to the terms below.

order cancellation

Cancellation requests can be made by contacting us as via email or through our contact us pages.

Cancellations aren't guaranteed once an order has been shipped with a tracking number generated.

Once an order has been shipped, it becomes subject to our applicable Returns Policy, where an order can become eligible for a refund subject to stipulated policies. Refusing delivery or failing to collect a parcel does not automatically constitute a cancellation or refund request.

incorrect address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout.

If an order is returned due to incorrect, incomplete or unattended addresses, the order does not automatically becomes eligible for refund and customer may be required to cover new shipping costs should they be required.

Additional shipping costs will apply for orders requiring re-shipping.

change of mind

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, HNDRXX LT PROPRIETARY LTD does not provide cancellations or refunds solely because a customer has changed their mind once an order has been shipped. Where we voluntarily offer a return or exchange for change-of-mind purchases, the conditions of our Return Policy will apply.

This does not affect any rights a customer may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Nothing in this Cancellation Policy limits or excludes any consumer guarantees or other rights that cannot legally be excluded. If a product is faulty, defective, significantly different from its description, or otherwise fails to meet applicable consumer guarantees, customers should contact us so that we can assess the issue and provide the appropriate remedy. Depending on the circumstances, the available remedy may include a repair, replacement or refund.

Where a cancellation or refund is approved, refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed or required by law.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and financial institution.

Customers are encouraged to contact HNDRXX LT PROPRIETARY LTD via email or contact us page before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback. If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated, we may provide the relevant transaction and order information to the payment processor or financial institution for the purpose of responding to the dispute. This includes order information, payment information, customer communications, shipping and tracking information, fulfilment records and other relevant transaction records.Where an order has been successfully processed, fulfilled and/or delivered HNDRXX LT PROPRIETARY LTD will pursue all legal pathways to dispute chargebacks.

HNDRXX LT PROPRIETARY LTD may retain records relating to orders and transactions, including order confirmations, payment records, fulfilment records, shipping information, tracking information and customer communications, for legitimate business, legal and dispute-resolution purposes. By placing an order with HNDRXX LT PROPRIETARY LTD, customers acknowledge that they have reviewed the applicable store policies and agree to the terms applicable to their purchase.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified under applicable law, including the Australian Consumer Law.

Where a customer's legal rights provide a remedy that differs from this policy, the applicable law will prevail.
